Terms of supply
Scope
These terms govern the supply of research chemicals by HelixEVO Labs to laboratories, institutions and individual researchers. By placing an order the customer confirms the research-use declaration recorded with the account and with each order.
Nature of the materials
All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products, have not been manufactured under GMP for such uses, and are not to be used in or on humans or animals. The customer is responsible for compliance with the law that applies where the materials are received and used.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is received and the order is marked paid. Until then it is held as awaiting payment and may be cancelled by either party. Prices exclude shipping and any duties or taxes applied at the destination.
Delivery
Materials are dispatched in cold-chain packaging to laboratory and business addresses within the United Kingdom. Risk passes on delivery. Destination restrictions are listed in the shipping policy.
Documentation
Each released lot is accompanied by a certificate of analysis. Certificates and lot records are available through batch verification for the life of the lot record.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price paid for the materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
