Research chemicals
Because cold-chain integrity cannot be verified after dispatch, materials are not returned for resale. A return authorisation is issued for damaged or incorrect consignments, and replacement or refund follows inspection.
How to raise a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, the lot number and photographs of the consignment. Do not dispose of the materials until asked.
