Shipping policy

Packaging

Lyophilised materials are shipped in insulated packaging with coolant, dispatched Monday to Wednesday so that consignments are not held over a weekend in transit.

Destinations

Orders are shipped to laboratory and business addresses within the United Kingdom only at present. Checkout refuses other destinations; organisations elsewhere can request a wholesale quote.

Duties and taxes

UK deliveries carry no import duty. Should other destinations be served in future, duties and customs handling would be the responsibility of the recipient unless a quote states otherwise.
